The intraScape
The intraScape is the name used to refer to SOPHTLOGIC’s family of technologies which deliver a complete, location independent solution to Operational &
Administrative support within the Fire and Rescue service.
The key component technologies are as follows:
pharOS
SOPHTLOGIC`s pharOS product represents a fully integrated and comprehensive range of operational and administrative support application modules
designed for the management of most day to day Fire and Rescue Service requirements.
The modules cover functions from Human Resources through Fire Safety and Community Protection to frontline operational systems such as Availability,
Stations Management and Fire Reporting. The systems also support integrated GIS and spatial data management and are designed primarily to operate
across wide-area geographically dispersed locations.
WAND
The WAND product is the next generation of SOPHTLOGIC’s long established pharOS technology, and represents a complete
redevelopment of the product from the ground up.
WAND is designed to provide a single, ultra-lightweight, and portable user toolkit which can be installed on any piece of equipment that the licensed user has access to.
WAND stands for Wide Area Navigational Dynamic, which refers to the collective technology used to deliver complete solutions across private networks,
intranets and the internet.
WAND allows users of SOPHTLOGIC applications to access data and facilities from anywhere with internet access, thus allowing
true location indepenence.
eQ
The final component of the intraScape is eQ, which is our systems reintegration language and toolkit.
The eQ toolkit allows the user access to the core components of the intraScape engine thus allowing for the customisation and ongoing development of the
application and data facilities according to specific organisational needs.
eQ is designed to put the eQ user into the space traditionally occupied by skilled software engineers in such a way that the eQ user is able to develop
and mould their own information environment, delivering flexible and fully integrated operational support and business administration functions for
medium to large Fire and Rescue Services.
