Release of full RDS functionality for pharOS10.
Publication of Query Solution Packs (QSP) providing all queries (and linked query-sets) required to produce statutory annual returns such as IRMP and HR returns.
QSP’s will be published using the same mechanism used to publish fireSpace audit templates.

First release of pharOS12, the portal version of pharOS10. This will initially concentrate on record card type facilities and type5 setup features.
The pharOS12 version of the duty rota and availability systems will be launched in the second half of 2010.
The new consolidated map facility for managing the global view of availability will be made available during 2010.Q4.

fireSpace AIMS client allowing fireSpace users to leverage fireSpace as a workflow, messaging and activity management system.
This architecture will be available as an alternative to the job and inspection management systems of pharOS10.
Release of Duty Rota and Availability facilities for fireSpace, including RDS text message support.
Release of POP3 and SMTP WAND Server modules enabling fireSpace to become a fully functioning email client.
This will allow the integration of workflow with emails of any source and the subsequent storage of all email within the MIS including all attachment data.
