Retained Availability (CI/SSP)
The purpose of this work package is to deliver the following functionality:
- 24 hour rota book offering default time slots of half an hour.
- Optional quick key entry facility for speed of data entry.
- Summary rota book totals displaying rider, drivers and officer counts.
- Print of rota book in 24 hour mode.
- Auto open facility of rota book for speed of access.
- Use of payment manager and employment conditions to monitor scheduled versus actual hours.
- Integration with internet hosted Availability Map showing real time updates of retained/wholetime availability (available for those customers with WAND license).
Training Availability (SSP)
The purpose of this work package is to deliver a number of known issues with the training availability link which include the rota book displaying correctly following entry of training via the Training system, prevention of booked training courses for personnel beyond their leaving date plus a number of minor bug fixes.
Attribute Group Documents
The purpose of this work package is to enhance the system so that entry of any attribute group from a record card has the capability to generate a user defined letter / email from within the pharOS application. For example from the following windows:
- Personal Record Card.
- Fire Safety Premises Record Card.
- Vehicle Record Card.
- Health and Safety Record Card.
- Recruitment Record Card.
- Equal Opportunities Record Card.
Fleet Management
Training System (SSP)
The purpose of this work package is to fix non critical issues within the Training System including:
- Resolution of speed problems whilst using the Attendance Planner.
- Update of the reason for withdrawing from a course to the waiting list.
- Correction of faults with the waiting list functionality.
- Ability to record reasons against the Nomination, Acceptance, Result and Withdrawal state.
Training System New Requests
The purpose of this work package is to deliver a number of new requests within the Training System including the following:
- Integration of Communications Administration to enable generation/emailing of user defined word templates for joining instructions and other documentation.
- Enable the recording of specific days for a course whose duration is spread over a longer period of time.
- Completion of a training course with associated IPDS Activities will automatically write an activity entry for each attendee that has a result entered for them.
- Use of Evaluation functionality for external candidates.
- Batch processing of course results (except if entering pass marks).
- Exclusion of ranks of type other than Whole time, Retained, Control from the Training Planner Attendees and Current Status reports (parameter driven).
- Course Attendance Reports additional facility to exclude leavers.

Availability (CISP)
The purpose of this work package is to resolve any important availability bugs:
- Availability audit trail from duty rota book now displays in date order.
Letter/Document Management (SSP)
The purpose of this work package is to fix known non critical issues with Letter Manager including:
- Functionality to enable email of posting amendment information from the personnel record card.
- Option to turn off writing of fire safety job sheet template records to database.
- Ability to trigger letters/email when adding a personnel joiner transaction.
Attribute Group (SSP)
The purpose of this work package is to provide additional functionality within the pharOS application attribute group functionality for free standing forms (ie not attached to an existing data set).
The use of user defined forms for Health and Safety, Recruitment and Equal Opportunity data sets has been enhanced to include workflow via use of emailing user defined word documents. Other enhancements
include clustered forms and rules and solutions of enabling and disabling of fields and passing of values through the form.
