Fire Safety & Community Protection

The Fire Safety system is a fully featured module for the support and maintenance of activities and records associated with both Legislative and Community Fire Safety.

Risk Management

The Risk Management System provides the facilities necessary for defining premises/sites deemed to warrant special risk procedures and 1(1)(d) inspections and visits. The system allows for full risk assessment profiling and the specification of operational procedures and aide-memoirs. Users may build up their own definable profiles of sites in terms of such things as mobilisation policy and associated hazards as well as keeping full records of inspections.

The system also provides follow up systems for inspections that are due. An important feature is the cross-reference of this system with the Fire Safety system. This means that both systems make each other aware of inspections carried out. For example, if a 1(1)(d) inspection is being carried out, the system will notify the inspecting Officers of the timing and results and any Fire Safety inspections and vice-versa.
