National SOPHTLOGIC User Groups
National SOPHTLOGIC User Groups (NSUG) provide a forum of support and technology to the users of all SOPHTLOGIC products and services.
Participation allows you to:
- Learn more about the latest product features
- Meet other users
- Provide input into future product design
- Increase networking
- Preview the latest technology developed by SOPHTLOGIC
All users of SOPHTLOGIC applications are welcome to membership of NSUG. NSUG is chaired by one of the member Fire and Rescue Services and this is voted on by the membership. NSUG is divided into constituent sub-groups and a member FRS also chairs each of these.
The sub-groups are as follows:
- Operations
- Personnel
- Finance and Stores
- Appliances, equipment and uniforms
- Fire Safety
- Strategic Issues
The National Group meets twice a year. The sub-groups meet as per schedules agreed for each group.
