The Sophtlogic system now supports the production of SSRI templates.
The SSRI template can be made available on MDTs and will give fire crews access to summarised operational information en route
to or at the scene of an incident. This invaluable information is summarized key risk information gathered during both operational
and fire safety audits.
The SSRI template is derived from data entered in the Fire Safety Audit but in particular Part D and the SSRI / SOP12 form, and
will contain summarized details of key risk factors that are evident at the premises.
Note: The SSRI / SOP12 form was formally known an Part D of the Audit Form.
The SSRI or SOP12 form can be part of the Fire Safety Audit process and completed by Inspecting Officers, alternatively it can be an
independent form completed by operational crews. The form and template are data driven and user definable, enabling Fire & Rescue Service
(FRS) specific data sets to be captured as required.
The SSRI template is configured using HTML and as such can be customized to individual FRS requirements. For example the references passed,
choice of colour, or formatting of sections could be altered. The data passed into the template is currently uniform, but a unique method of form
extension provides the capability for the master form to have a customised, customer specific presen
The SSRI template is pre-populated via a series of rules and solutions that pass summarized information from the SSRI form. The values
assigned are user defined, summarized data descriptions. If a field has not been entered or a negative value entered, i.e. 'No' then no
reference will be made on the SSRI template.

The three images below detail both the form layout and how data captured on the SSRI form is condensed.
The first image shows the completed section of 5e of the SSRI form, which includes details of answered and unanswered questions.
The image below displays how the information captured in section 5E of the SSRI form is represented in the SSRI template.
