Training and IPDS
The Training system provides all of the facilities necessary to record current, future and past course attendances and to extract full analysis of
that attendance data. The Integrated Personal Development System (IPDS) can record skills and competencies for individuals. These competencies can be
demonstrated by undertaking practical activities during training, at an exercise or at an incident.

- Fully integrated with the Personnel and Rota and Availability package
- Records of Repeat Attendances
- Recording of Instructors, Rooms, Skills and Waiting Lists
- Budgetary Analysis
- Query Facilities
The system is also being fully integrated with the rota management systems, so that Watch and Station commanders will be able to publish applicants for
courses, and instructors will be able to book applicants to planned courses. The system will ultimately remove the need for the printing of joining
instructions and other associated paperwork
