The Equipment Management and PPE system assists the brigades in complying with the approved code of practice for the management of health and safety of equipment and personal protective equipment at work.

The main objective is to capture and analyse information on the usage, maintenance and performance of equipment and fire kit throughout its lifetime. Information is captured as storage, maintenance and cleaning etc. of all items, as recommended by the manufactures/supplier including recommended shelf life and life policy.
