With nearly 20 years experience of developing information systems for the Fire Service, SOPHTLOGIC has become one
of the leading providers of Operational and Administrative Management Information Systems to the Fire and Rescue Services
in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Our applications address a large proportion of Fire Service requirements and
our primary customer base comprises Fire Authorities, County Councils and Governments.
Although our system is designed for Fire and Rescue Service use it is built upon a foundation that addresses the
requirements of any modern commercial business.
The system comprises two main sections as follows:
Business Administration
Business Administration covers all of the conventional business applications required to support key administrative
functions. These include Human Resources, Training, Finance, Stores and Strategic Management, as well as many others.
Operational Support
Operational Support section of the system covers specific Fire Service functionality but is a fully integrated part of
the Business Administration System. This covers areas such as Fire Reporting, Incident Statistics, Availability and Rotas,
Water Supplies, Risk Management and Fire Safety and other related functions.
SOPHTLOGIC also offers a full range of consultancy services, including advice for building the strategies and infrastructures
that support the Company’s information solutions.
